As well as assisting the vets and looking after day care patients, our veterinary nurses are trained to provide direct support for our clients and their pets. Nurse appointments are available for procedures that don’t need to be seen by a vet such as post op checks, stitches out, dressing changes, emptying anal glands, nail clipping, microchipping, weight/dietary advice, flea checks and our very popular monthly puppy checks.

Nurse appointments may be at a reduced cost compared to a vet appointment. The nurses are also pleased to give pet care advice over the phone. Nurse appointments are available throughout the day and on Saturday mornings and can be made by phoning the surgery.
