Aurora Vet Clinic is within Old Stoneywood Church.
We have our own car park with designated spaces for our clients.
Our reception has non-slip flooring.
We stock a variety of life stage pet foods and other pet care items. Food and special orders can usually be available from our wholesaler for next day delivery.
We have two fully equipped consultation rooms both leading directly to the dispensary and a set of large dog scales.
The dispensary contains a full range of medical drugs and treatments. We also have a range of flea, worming and other preventative treatment products.
In the dispensary our Idexx blood analysers. These four machines are used to detect and aid diagnosis a wide variety of conditions.
Most people never see “through the back” at their vets. At Aurora we have a separate cattery and kennels where day and hospitalised patients are housed. We have a variety of kennels to cater for all sizes and pets are provided with fluffy bedding during their stay.
The preparation room is where we take blood samples, do minor procedures, dentals and anaesthetise animals and prepare them from surgery before they are taken into theatre.
Theatre only contains minimal equipment so that it can be kept very clean and is only used for sterile surgery.
We have an X-ray machine and automatic film processor which allows us to take a full range of radiographs.
